Shrey has had extensive experience working with people with low mood and adjustment difficulties. He has helped clients alleviate various forms of anxiety, particularly social anxiety, generalized anxiety and perfectionism. He also has a strong interest in working with people who have experienced trauma, having helped those who have suffered trauma both in childhood and adulthood.
Shrey has recently completed his Master of Clinical Psychology degree. During the course of this, he completed placements in a geriatric inpatient unit and a youth forensic setting, further adding to his experience with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. He also conducted research into the use of exposure therapy, in varying forms and presented in different modalities, for helping people with anxiety disorders. Shrey now seeks to work more extensively with those who have suffered from eating disorders.
